For those of you that have been thru this - I know you understand how exciting it is to finally reach this milestone! - I would like to thank all forum members that have helped me so much to get this (once basketcase) car to this point in the restoration!

Swweeeettt!!!
Hey Rob,
Great pics of a great looking project. You must be really happy.
Have not seen anything before about your project so I have a few questions;
1. The body hoist looks homebrew and very effective. Is that an engine hoist with a add-on frame for hoisting? If so do you have any plans on that build? I am getting ready to do the same and have been mulling over what would be the best way to do this (one man operation basically). Also what was the lifting capacity (and brand) of the hoist?
2. Looks like you are using car dollies under the wheels. With just the frame and motor it looks like not too much weight. But what happened when you put the full weight of the body down? Did the casters on the dollies hold up? If so, what was the rating (and brand) of the dollies?
If you have a paper or link to these answers that would be great info.
Thanks
Wishing you continued success and progress with your baby.
BTW - what years are the Camaro and the C2 that are in the background?
Take care
Bman (Dennis)
