Pics of C3s with stripes wanted please
I am mulling over paint schemes for my vintage racer theme for a '69 and wanted to see some pics of cars with stripes - all kinds - Baldwin, vintage racer, homemade... anything. Thanks.

Bojangies - wild psychodelic 70s theme there very cool.
whiteflame - that is very interesting striping. Where did you get the idea? IT's hard to tell from the pic but do you have driving lights in the front grills?

Here's a coupla my Faves...
Mine is going to be electron Blue with a stripe kinda like the yellow one, except the hoo stripe is only going to be on the scoop and it's going to be as wide as the scoop...

Here's mine:
IMHO, pin stripes are vital if the stripes are going to look professional. All the striped C3s above in this thread have pin stripes and mine does too (although they're quite narrow). The Baldwin-Motion Vettes had wide pin stripes and I think this is still an unbeatable design for a chrome-bumper Vette.
This was my inspiration when trying to choose colours for my car, although mine ended up a different blue and with stripes a different shape (because of the rubber bumper).
