76 Stingray
Well in a twist of fate I was preparing to start work on my 79 C3, needs some wiring and cosmetic and some basic mechanical work.
Had some costs drawn up on a few things, put the maths together and had me a final figure I was happy with. Then along came a spanner in the works, ( A Good Spanner) whilst perusing some American Muscle cars for sale as you do, I saw a particularly nice 76 Stingray, caught my eye, read alittle about it and then basically left it there, few days later, as if by magic lol I happened across it again, decided to message the owner, we got to talking and went out and saw it
Took it for a run, alot of work has gone into it, interior is great lots of new leather and looks great, exterior is a 8/10 couple of cosmetic things to do and the engine has had some good work done to it, it’s a Solid HP engine and exactly what I was after
So what did I do??
Ended up buying it of course
Loving the Yellow
Smooth Lines
Interior is lovely, Air conditioned car
Cards are awesome
Snug fit
Pretty

Thanks Brother...
I had a buddy on the forum years ago from Melbourne with a '76 by the name of Jimo.
Looks like he hasn't been around here for awhile...

Picked the beast up today, left home 4am 5hr train ride and the owner picked us up when we got there, lovely fellow, gave me a heap of stuff and got the paperwork sorted and drove off
man it was hot 40degrees on the way home and traffic and the car performed flawlessly.
Got her in the garage
and cant believe how good it is, engine is spot on and super responsive loving it
