I find this interesting. Everyone says the black cars are so rare but so far with 67 votes total, there are twice as many black as red. I would have expected the opposite.

Original color was a slate grey, then dark red, then a bright red when I bought it. Took it back down to the glass and now she is Dark LeMans Metallic Blue.

My '73 Started LeMans Blue, and so did my Dad's '69. I voted on his behalf. :-)

Both ended up dark blue metallic.

My dad's 69 started out Riverside gold, then p.o. painted it (badly) Lemans, then he put it back to Riverside gold.

My '69 began it's life dressed in Fathom Green. Somewhere along the way someone painted it a later model bronze color which is how I found it. Most of the bronze is stripped off and the car is in the middle of a frame-off. Future color is TBD.

None of the above. Man is mine the only Shark that was originally Warbonnet Yellow (yuck) ? Then it was black, now Arrest Me Red.

She started out in life a silver coupe w/black interior. Someone along the way painted her an orange/red, I repainted her a true candy apple red & re-did my interior all new black. I wish it was still silver maybe the next one or in her next life after me.
