And publishing companies are not interested in printing one-year only Corvette books...they do not pay for themselves.

But you're in luck, somewhat. Bizzoco self-published 1969 Stingray Guidebook and includes references to the 1968 model year. Next to the NCRS Technical Information & Judging Guide, all other publications are multi-year and I find nearly useless in terms of technical specificity.

The downside of the Bizzoco book is its tough to find a copy. Original printing was 1994 and distribution is limited. Hope this helps!

Hi MR69,
I also find that the Vet-Vues Fact Book of the 68-72 Stingray by M.F. Dobbins is useful.
Although the photos are in black & white they offer some good detail, and the information given is accurate.
I'm not sure just what you're looking for but I'd think that the 68 Assembly Instruction Manual and the 68 Chassis Service Manual would be of interest to you too.
Regards,
Alan

MikesRed, keep in mind there is no single source complete How To book. Your best bet is to put together a Corvette reference library and draw information from each and all.

David crane from Crane's corvette in San Diego has new copies of the bizzoco book. It's his L89 on the cover. He helped write it. It has some good info in it.
