Default A New Season Begins

Just fired up the vette after a 6 month winter storage. Other than a sticky starter solenoid, the car fired up like it was just running yesterday. Its happy times again until Nov.1st storage rolls around.

Amen! A week ago Saturday, my father-in-law and I went to the storage garage, I put in the battery, let it crank about 30 seconds, then gave it some gas. It fired right up. Unfortunately, the garage was cold and the outside air was warm and humid, so the car was a sweaty mess everywhere for a few minutes.

I only drove about a mile to my mechanic where he is changing the oil and putting on a new GMPP ministarter to cure the heat soak problem. I'll probably pick it up just in time for snow flurries later this week.
