Theres no legality issues here? Mine are old and cracked. I'd like to replace mine as well, but before I go with the bubble ones, I wanted to make sure it wouldnt get me pulled over.

I will probably fit some small lights under the rear bumper. I am more worried about some soccer mom in an SUV rear ending me while talking on her cell phone. Without a center high mounted brake light, the two stock lights are not enough for most of the people on the road.

One thing you have to remember. . .bubble lights don't have reflectors in the lens like the stock ones do. So you're invisible at night from the rear unless you have your lights on.

So I went with '68s. . .
