I have my cabinet at work where we have 2 50's and a 40 HP- all screws, with line filters and dryers. Makes using teh cabinet great. Still have to maintain it like I said but cfm is always there.

I'll have to check into that web site to see about the mylar.
Thanks for the reference.

Hi from Friendswood. Water/moisture is your enemy. You will need, at least, an in-line water seperator. A dryer is better. Mounted in a low-point gravity drain location works best. For blasting abrasives and other parts, try T-TEX (713) 991-7070. They're just up I-45 from us on Almeda-Genoa road. Sorry I don't have their street address.

Good luck

I added a moisture trap and it works well now. The freggin pickup keeps comming up. I think Ill attach it to the bottom somehow. My hands are killing me. I blasted 1 upper and lower controll arm today took about hr and 1/2.. I think when I get it all worked out Ill cut my time in half.. They came out great though..

Yes, attach it to the bottom. To-unclog the nozzle, just put your finger over the nozzle and blow. It blows back to clear it. If the trigger gives you fatigue, they do make a foot pedal. Much easier on the hands.

Ben
That is what I paid at Tractor Supply here in south central PA. Stuff works great and cheap!
