Here is an informative ad on Ebay, the guys tells you how to check your Tachometer and has parts. Looks like a good tech tip.

Dang that is good info and describes my previous burnt board and why my current one is reading to waaaay to high.

I'm temped to buy one for the next time I happen to have the dash off. I hope to never have it off again, but I know better.

I wonder if the seller is a member here.
