That's what I remember also....but I have seen some real cat fights about that subject!

I still don't know this one....Could you get the RS trim (headlights) on a Z-28 ?

Not that I ever remember seeing.
That sure would make a nice package.

Another option no one has mentioned, take any photo to your local photomat store and they can print you out a t-shirt with any saying you want on it also. Make that poster and wear it on your chest.

Paul67, that would look great eith your '67 and the horsepower thing underneath!

Glenn

That's a good idea...I just might do that.

Yes, the RS trim package was available on base Camaro as well as the SS and Z28. The RS emblems only appeared on the body if the option was ordered on a base Camaro, thus being an RS. SS and Z28 emblems replace RS on those models.

That actually happened to my brother. He had 2 tops for his 90 ZR1. Leaving the neighborhood, he popped 3rd gear pretty hard passing about 80 and POW...the entire glass roof went about 40 feet up in the air and just exploded when it hit the road. Luckily no one was behind him. Today, he only has ONE top! He checks it very carefully to be sure it is tighten down correctly.

I believe the argument was about someone saying you could get a ss and z28 package on the same car, which is false. You could get the rs package on the ss or z28. Also if you see a 69 z28 with an automatic, that's fake too.

Notice the text reads "Look it's the 1968 Corvette Sting Ray Coupe"

Very interesting (note how Sting Ray is spelled)

They are too big to scan, I took photos of the 2 I posted and shrunk them. The problem is they come rolled up, so it's difficult to lay them flat and shoot a good photo. I can try taking a better photo using a tripod and email it to you full size.

Lay them under a large sheet of plexi or maybe an old piece of glass to keep it flat.

Wow, pictures can be expensive...

But help me here, I don't see the 66 corvette on the 9th picture - do you?
