Is there a bluerint for Anniversary Paint Scheme?
My 78 Silver Anniversary is about to head off to the paint shop. I have seen a layout diagram available for for the Pace Car but not for the Silver Anniversary model. If the charcoal on the lower side isn't painted at the right height I think there will be trouble getting the "decals" that are so much a part of the scheme to line up correctly.
Can anyone help with this?

Do you have the decal kit yet? Stencils and stripes unlimited has the complete kit #1978001 for $325. That kit probably comes with the paint instructions but you might want to ask before purchasing. I bought one of their kits before for my other car and it was full of details and a few photographs.

My kit did not define that boundary.(forgot where they were purchased)..if you need measurements,I can get them off my 78 SA and send pic's....
The important part is where the charcoal goes around the wheel wells..the decals follow that shape...the rest is the measurement up from bottom door edge and front nose/rear bumper......close up pictures will help alot...mine was re-painted last January..

When I had my 78 SA repainted I made a copy of that page of the AIM and gave the copy to the painter. He also wanted the decal's for guidance to make sure the line where the paints meet was positioned correctly so when the decals were applied the look was correct.
