got a quote of 120.00 for an x pipe. parts and labor..good price or not?

Dr. Gas X-Pipe alone is about $105 - sounds fair!

Sounds great to me. I would pay $120 to get an x-pipe installed.

Since I am running sidepipes with a 180 bend, I think I would like to have a H pipe installed though.
