i'm about to move to the dallas area and need to know if you have smog inspections there. here in La. we dont have none. and if you have to pass an emissions test, how old does the car have to be before its exempt. my vettes are a 72,82,96 and a 85 mc ss. and the only one that would pass an emissions test is the 96. am i in trouble

Dallas and surrounding counties test for emissions. Exemption is 25 years or older.

All cars 2 to 24 years old are tested, so your 72 would not have to be tested. The others will.

now......... i'm in trouble my 85mc ss and 82 cfi will now have to go in storage for a couple of years
