What is your price idea , I mean the price you would sell them to the dealers ?
As their profit is often enormeous, may be somebody could make a group purchase direct from you !
I would even make a trip to Bangkok just to pick them up. ( that's at least what I would tell my better half. )

I think you just found a personalized heat shield market. This make me want to scrap my 69 original sidepipe project and get hookers with your shields of course. You might want to patent the idea before you go to market… those guys will steal your idea and run with it.
