There's a similar one floating around out there from the same era called the Eldorette (I think). Made by a guy in Meadville Pa. Gotta remember, that was during the Disco craze.

You guys forget--this was a popular conversion for C3's in the late '70's. There was a company that cranked them out at a nice clip (not anymore I don't think). You see a few still in Miami and such places. I know someone in the Keys that still owns and drives his daily.
