Hello + merry christmas to all doing one of the christmas jobs that I have been getting around to doing it regards the front door glass roller bearing which has to replaced have taken the glass out Iwould like to know does the hole in the glass have some sort of bushing in the glass before I install the new the door glass roller bearing? I dont know if the part is missing all was never installed?

If your refering to the two rollers attached to the front & rear lower glass....yes. A thin rubber washer goes on both sides of the glass, then plastic bushings where the roller stem goes through the glass. Look in Doc Rebuilds catalog for great pics of this assembly, and the parts you need.
