You'd think there would be more on the road every day. They're not priced as high as other generations. Why do you think this is?
How many of you drive yours, a lot ....occasionally .... every day.

I haven't driven mine much this summer as I haven't been around , but was very surprised that when we were in Cali. I only saw 2 C3's in 3 weeks btn Santa Rosa and LA.

You won't see many C3s in So Cal because the people there are not the C3 type.
Also, there just *weren't* that many C3s made - 20-30,000 or so a year. I remember there was a huge celebration in the '80s (I believe) when the 500,000th Corvette was made (of all types). Just think, there were 500,000 Camaros made *each year*! Same with other cars - millions of those crappy Toyotas, Hondas, Taurus and Kias etc. every year...

**Why is this posted in two different sections?**
Sorry, I screwed up. I thought I was originally posting in the "general" section.

I drive mine nearly every day and I have seen a few around the Milwaukee and Chicago area.
Not EVERY day but mostly when it's nice out.
I am still waiting to see another Mahogany 78 or any year for that matter.

Around my place. I can go within 12 miles or so and show 11 that are on the road on a regular basis, and that is that I know of. And another 2 that I know that are sitting in barns and a fairly complete 68 or 69 vert in a small isolated junkyard. They are out there just not as many at one time anymore.

I drive mine all the time except for commuting to work. There's too much traffic for me to worry about. You see several of them on the road here in North Texas and the better condition ones get less traffic time. On Long days, Short days, nights and weekends watch out for a bright yellow streak around here.
And as far as price goes, for what I have in mine I could have bought 2 C-4's or a fairly new C-5. But then I wouldn't have a C-3 would I?

I see then quite a bit actually when I'm in NH, but hardly ever when I'm in DC. I think in the big cities there is big money and people prefer to drive around in porsche 911s, Ferraris, and other exotics.
