SERIOUS BUYER SEEKING '65-'67 high-hp. small block (350 or365), 4-spd. convertible that is a high quality driver - very sound and correct mechanically and cosmetically and looks stock. I prefer the '67; but a '65 or '66 will do just fine. I actually prefer teak steering wheel wheel and k/o alloys not available for '67 cars.

NO RUST/CORROSION, FRAME ABSOLUTELY STRAIGHT, NO-HIT CAR; BONDING STRIPS AS FROM FACTORY;

All instruments and gauges should function well. Birdcage must be in excellent condition with no gremlins. Chrome & stainless should be in very good orig. or restored condition. Door gaps & gaps around headlight buckets should be correct/even.

I am not looking for a show car, NCRS Top Flight or Bloomington gold/silver winner. While I'd prefer a true #-matching car (i.e., original block, tranny, etc), I'm open to non-matching # if that is reflected in the price. That being said, I do not want one that has appears to be modified, has serious needs or I cannot drive a few hundred miles without worry.

----AFTER-MARKET MODS THAT ARE A PLUS: Vintage A/C, ww steel-belted radials, stainless fuel & brake lines; quartz clock; side-view mirror on passenger side door.

Price: Fair & reasonable - up to $65k.
