F/S 1963 SWC 4sp NOM 327-300hp
Up for sale is my 1963 Corvette Split Window Coupe. As you know these cars are rare and the nice ones do not come up for sale that often. This is an outstanding car with trim tag correct Sebring Silver and the Dark Blue interior. Most of your Sebring Silver cars had Red or Black interiors. This car runs and drives great with it's 327cid 300hp motor and will turn a lot of heads as you drive down the road or take it to your next local car show. The frame is solid with no rust issues. This 4 speed car shifts smooth and has no issues with the motor (NOM) or the transmission or rear end. All gauges work except the Temp gauge and I think it is a ground short but I am not a electrical person so I don't really know. I do know there is no problems with the car over heating at all. The clock seams to be retired and only works when it wants to, kind of like me. The paint and interior are in excellent condition as is the chrome and stainless steel trim, hubcaps and tires. When driving this car you will know that you are truly driving one of the most fantastic Corvettes that Chevrolet ever made. Of the 21,513 Corvettes built in 1963 and only 10,594 being Coupes and of that 3,516 being Sebring Silver so figure 1/2 of that were coupes and the other 1/2 convertibles and most of the Sebring Silver cars has Red or Black Interiors and maybe 1/2 of them were 4 speed and he other were automatic there are not many 63 SWC out there like this one. Also because of the rear window being hard to see out of, in 1964 a lot of the 63 Coupes had the center bar cut out and one piece of glass installed like the 64 Corvettes had. Bet they wish they had not done that now. This car is being sold with some paper history (not a lot) and with a custom air cleaner cover so the sun will not reflect off the chrome air cleaner and cause damage to the hood or paint while showing it off at a car show. Most Split Window Coupes of this caliber sell for up in the $60's it can be your for only $58,900.00 If you have any questions please feel free to e-mail me at mikes54vet@aol.com or PM me or call my cell at 317-945-5121 NO TRADES PLEASE

Davidn3 sorry but not looking for a trade. If I do not sell before hand I will be taking the car to Mid America Corvette Funfest and will have it F/S in there for sale area.

HHZ06, I can not believe it myself. A couple of people have contacted me from where I have it posted on another sight but after I reply I never hear back. Guess they are tire kickers.

Eventually, I'd like to add a 63 SWC to my garage. Yours is almost exactly what I'm looking for (I'd prefer a black interior, but blue would be just fine). If I had the funds I'd love to take it off your hands, but I think it's a few years away. In the mean time, I'll continue to drool over the photos. Good luck with the sale!

dmruschell thanks for the kind words on my car. It is a nice car it is better to buy now then later. You never know what the market will be in a couple of years. Hopefully it will recover to where it was or even better. Do like my wife does (Buy now and Pay later)

I agree with the market now for sure. Although I've got my hands full with a 61 I inherited, a 79 I bought that needed more work than I thought it did, and a 72 Buick I was given that needs work. All in the last year, and I'm buying a house lol. So I definitely agree. Prices are low and so are interest rates, but I gotta pace myself..... And have something to look forward to! Although if you don't sell it in the next few years (unlikely) you can sell it to me once the prices have gone back up haha!
