Default New price, 66 coups still F/S

This is a repost for my 66 coupe. Now that the picture collectors and tire kickers have had there chance, I'm going to try again. I am lowering the price to $33,500 as she is. If you want the new 383 motor, stainless pipes and manifolds described below we will have to talk.

Read below for the rest of the deal and pictures.

I am the 3rd owner and have owned it for 32 years. The car is a matching numbers 327/350 hp. Close ratio 4sp, 3:70 rear. Leather seats and side pipes. Pipes and seat were not original, but are OEM correct. The only parts that are not matching numbers are the manifolds and carb. Otherwise it is all original. This car is a driver, not a trailer queen. In 1980 I did a complete body off restore on it. The leather seats were installed as were new door panels and carpet. Factory radio works. All gauges work including the clock. Dash is very good. Headlights work. This car has never been butchered or cut on. Frame is solid, no rust. Brakes are stainless sleeves, rear bearings were replaced, front suspension rebuilt. New U joints. In 1980 the engine ran like a top so it was not rebuilt. It is in need of a rebuild now. However, my plan was to just put it under the bench. I have a brand new 383 stroker that I had built for it. The engine has not been installed and was run only on the dyno. It produces 425 HP and 400lbs of torque. I also have a new set of 2 ½” stainless side pipes and a new set of 2 ½” manifolds. Both have never been installed. If you want these, we will have to discuss an additional price over the $35K
The car has always been inside since 1978, always covered, and has not been on the road since 2005. It has new BFG radial T/As with 1967 ralley wheels. I do have the original spinner hubcaps. The original factory spare tire and rim are in the bucket. The jack is missing, never did have one. Owners manual is there, no protecto plate. All glass is original. Does not have power steering, brakes or windows. This is a straight cash deal. I'll not finance it. I apologize for the picture quality.

Still unable to figure out how to post the damn pics. But scroll down to my original post and youll find em there.

Still available as of 2-24-10
If you'll email me at gcollis1953@yahoo.com I'll be happy to answer questions. Car is located near Greenville, South Carolina

Strange, I called him on the 9th & was ready to buy but he said he was a coast to coast trucker and would be gone until the 20th of March.
