If it is in fabulous mechanical condition and needs nothing = $50-55K

If it needs some mechanical work = $45K

If it needs a LOT = much less than $45K, depending on how severe the shortcomings are. For example, a bad frame would cause the price to PLUMMET down to maybe $20K or so.

I'm thinking minus 10K on your prices, since its NOM.
Just my opinion.

Keith Martin is offering free market prices this week. This is the return on 1966 Corvette:

599 auctions, does not say original or NOM motor results.

Very good - $60,076
Average driver - $41,805
Needs TLC - $32,754

Perhaps my prices are high because I really like big block air coupes a LOT.....

It all depends on what a buyer is willing to pay, especially in today's market.

What is the owner asking for the car?

Be careful of the "leak", as that can originate from a lot of places. Old A/C cars can be very expensive to fix and parts are hard to come by. If it is just a leak, ask yourself the question: why doesn't the owner fix it? I suspect it is something more serious. Dial in $2K just to be safe.
