Default FS: 1963 Roadster Convertible NCRS Flight Award Winner

1963 Corvette Roadster- September 09 NCRS Flight Award Winner $42,500

The car was recently judged by NCRS and received 92.6 points, less than 1-1/2 points from a Top Flight Award due to its originality and condition. This numbers matching 250 horsepower powerglide trans. car is in fantastic condition with just over 67,000 miles showing on the odometer. It features nearly all original Ermine White paint, all the original fiber glass & a beautiful original red interior. The base engine has never been apart, only some accessories have been rebuilt and reinstalled. The transmission was rebuilt about 3000 miles ago as well as doing a complete brake job. The original aluminum radiator which doesn’t leak but would need flushing goes with the car and has been replaced with a new brass unit. The heater core is also new. The car has the original carpeting and has the rare radio delete option. Seat covers have been replaced with the correct ones and the originals also go with the car. If you are looking for a great looking, driving , running unmolested car, take a close look at this one. Please contact me with any questions. Don, Freeport, NY cell # 516 238-3269 $42,500.00 ALL REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED

I started hanging out around here recently, hoping to find something nice like this...I'd saved up my money for years and was finally ready to go. Then my wife decided to remodel a bedroom before Thanksgiving, blowing a $5000 (so far) hole in my Corvette-buying budget. It's always something with these cars - every time I find the money, just enough gets siphoned off to put the ones I want out of reach again! Is there a Corvette Curse of some kind that I don't know about???
