Default For Sale: 65 Convertible - project car

I bought this car to build a resto mod with a tube frame. I have since bought a 63 coupe that I am going to use. The frame has been rebuilt with new calipers, rotors, ball joints and bushings, trailing arms, spindle bearings, ss parking brakes, and new fuel tank and fuel line. The body has a PM sermersheims front end HL assembly new seals and 1 new HL housing. Body has been painted with glasurit in nassau blue. The car has hardtop only which needs restoring.
The car has original numbers matching engine, trans, and diff. interior is bright blue. also have original protecto plate. $28000.00 or BO.

Call John for more info at 703 661 8989

Located in VA

It has original m 20 4spd ,have not removed cover but I would replace bearings and syncro rings on any old trans before use. It has original interior minus carpet and seat belts.2 rear bumper cores and 1 front and tag bar, dash cluster ,clock.glove box door and frame, all stainless trim, rebuilt steering column ,radio and painted interior trim, headlight motors, front bumper brackets,no grille. on frame all parts were rebuilt or replaced, new half shafts, springs ,shocks, bushings trailing arms ,brake calipers, rotors, lines, backing plates and fuel tank.rear end has new pinion bearings, crush sleeve and yoke bearings and seals.center section of frame was replaced with one from late 70s. rear kick up and center crossmember came from original frame .work was done on frame jig I made using perfect 67 frame for pickup points.

Thanks for looking

Jon on the way home with it now. Justed wanted to say thanks for all the help loading up the trailer! Called ahead and had wife buy set of rally wheels to replace the jag wheels.

NCM was a great stop on the way back.

Can't believe the car lasted so long on the forum!

Will keep in touch.
