Default 67' vert - what's it worth

A friend of mine is selling this car, it's an unrestored 'driver' with pretty good paint and overall good condition - what's it worth?
1967 Elkhart Blue vert, black vinyl seats and top
327/350 (NOM) 4-speed posi (M20), probably less than 80K miles on eng
Options - A/C (compressor currently removed), Power Brakes, Headrest buckets, black Vinyl covered hardtop, AM/FM

I actually owned this car for 10+ years and sold it to him for 25K in 1991, now I want to buy it back. What's a fair price?

I will say 42- 45k, being you know the car somewhat and NOM with some nice options, and with no pics.

Air conditioned 327/350 convertible even nom with head rests, etc. Rare color. A pretty darn good car. My opinion is $45k to $55K depending on the condition of body and running gear.

thanks Woodie,
I better not tell my buddy, when he called the other night he mentioned maybe 35 to 40K. I think I need to buy back this car, I first bought it in 1979 for $7500, so I have almost 30 years of history with it. Unfortunately he lives north of Seattle, 2500 miles away.

Hmmmmm...
A 2500 mile roadtrip will give you time to get re-aquainted.
