Default WTT 96 GrandSport for C2

As the title reads I am looking to trade plus cash for a 63/65/67 coupe. I have read some of the posts regarding members wanting to trade for a C2 so I post this with some apprehension Maybe this works for some one who would like to free up some capital and at the same time enjoy a special corvette.

My car is posted on used corvettes for sale (ad #19720)and GS registry number 889

As I mentioned earlier I am interested in a 63/65/67 coupe. An older frame off resto. History of the car and numbers match are favored but not altogether necessary. Nice clean solid car. Closer to a show car than a driver. Im probably looking at a 327 with a preference for the higher hp. Big Blocks are out of my price range but would definitely consider a 65 396 that needs tlc.

I have a 396 425hp intake from a 65, i'd swap you that outright for your GS and you could spend your leftover cash building a car around it
j/k

You think I could fit knockoffs on that intake?

checked out the website. They have only one c2. One is all I need. The car is real nice but about 30k out of my price range. However the car is equipped exactly how I would want it to be, from the pics it is a nice example.

I too think this kind of deal might be your best bet. I might be wrong so I will not mention any dealer names ... but we have quite a few supporting members/dealers here on the forum who deal exclusively in large inventories of Corvettes. Seems like one of them might jump at the chance to work out a deal with you. Seek them out. And good luck, stay with Corvette, no matter the year!
