Default Question About a 62

could use somebody's help on this.

On a feul injected 1962 Corvette, the original window sticker list's a big block option. This particular car has the big brake's, but the drum's are not finned, and no sign of elephant ear's.

Question 1. Was there a big brake option on these car's that did not have the finned brake drum's?

Question 2. Are the finned brake drum's available also the elephant ear's?

Any help you can give me would be most appreciated.
