I'm looking for a nice '67 Coupe. Prefer a documented, original motor car in very nice driver or better condition. No project cars please. Please PM or email me. Thanks
I have a 67 yellow 350 hp AC coupe for sale . you can see it on www.usedcorvettesforsale.com. If you like to discuss the car . pleasec all me at (732) 901-1981 during the day ort on my cell at (732) 492-6062 . Thanks , Bob Russo
Thanks Bob...I'll check it out. Coincidentally, I sold my '67 L79 A/C coupe to a friend last year and would love to get it back
Thanks to the others who have also sent leads...I appreciate it! Let me clarify what I am looking for a little further. I'm looking for a small block, 4 speed car, any horsepower. If it doesn't have the original motor then it MUST have docs - I prefer the original motor. I will pay fair market value for the car - $45K - $65K range...and I know the market. I would also prefer a private sale. Will consider a '65 or '66 Coupe also, but hope that a nice '67 is available

Not to harass your ad, but this line doesn't make sense to me. If you don't care what the horsepower is or if the original engine is gone, then why do you have to have docs? Will an NOM 300 hp car be that much more important with docs than without?
I could understand if you said big block NOM but must have docs. Or L79 NOM but must have docs. But if you don't care the hp and an NOM is ok, then what do the docs do for you?
Now I could also see if you said a warranty engine with docs or even a few others, but this combination you said seems to not really matter.
Since I didn't say that I wanted a 300 hp car, then I can safely cover all bases by asking for docs to prove what the car started out as. Would I pay more for an NOM L79 with A/C than a 300 hp car with A/C??? Of course, so that is why docs are important to me. Now, if someone wants to give away a car that is NOM with no docs then I'd be happy to consider it...but as we all know, that doesn't happen much these days.
I think the "MUST have" statement is what throws me. I think you are really saying must have docs to justify higher price.
After all, you just said an NOM with no docs would have to be at a giveaway price, which today in '67s, is pretty high.
But I think the cars with full docs are going to be priced high enough even with NOM to offset the issue. Especially since I think we will soon be hitting the turn around point on prices.
Uhhhh...yes, I guess you would know if it was a "new listing" since it is yours
Remember this message you sent me the other day...
Hello,
I spotted your post regarding a '67 Corvette coupe. I am a small Corvette dealer in Wisconsin. I have just taken in a red/black coupe. It is a 300hp, 4-speed car. The engine, trans, and rear end are correct for the car. I have 34 years of paperwork for this car as well as a tank sticker. Colors are correct. It is a low option car with only a 4-speed, positraction, am/fm, tinted glass, and added side exhaust. Overall a very nice car with great paint. I have yet to price the car but it will be in the $50's. If you have an interest you can e-mail me at rms6470@sbcglobal.net (I do not often have time to check the forum).
Prices on a real nice # matching cars are starting around 60k on up. I think the prices are insane, I don't know if people are getting this kind of money or not, but they are asking it!
There are lots of nice coupes in the $50K - $60K range...you just have to be patient and wait for the right car. Asking prices have very little to do with selling prices today. As more than one person has told me, they are holding out for "Barratt-Jackson" prices. These are the same folks that advertise their car over and over again and can't understand why it's not selling If you find someone who honestly wants to sell their car, it can be had at a fair price.
Still looking for the right car guys...$50K - $60K price range.

No offence taken...I've got pretty thick skin However, some people just don't get that it takes months sometimes to find the "right" car. Thanks for the bump...still lookin'

Z-Dogg,
You are correct, for some people it takes months. For me, I am going on almost three years of trying to purchase the same coupe that was offered to me back then. My advice, take your time and purchase a Pantera in the meantime to hold you over until you get your C2.
I paid to have it inspected and found that the wheel lips have been completely trimmed off in the back! It is now back on ebay and still no mention of the body damage...not cool! Buyer beware
I emailed the seller about this and he emailed back saying that he was "fixing the wells"...
