365 hp solid lifter with air is very rare. 227 coupes and 133 convertibles. If original, $75000 is fair money. A friend sold one last week needed a complete restoration for $40000., It was red / black vinyl and 100% complete and original with a no hit body and rust free California frame. It needs a body off frame to make it nice, and that is exactly what the new owner is doing.
