Default WTB Wiring Harness for a '63

I'm looking for the under the dash wiring harness for my 63 and also the harness that is on the right side of the engine compartment. This is the basic car, no air, backup lights etc, very basic. Someone cut and spliced these harnesses and did a real amature job of it. When I turn the heater control knob the interior overhead light comes on !! I see the repro harnesses are too much for my budget right now so I'm looking for a used one in excellent condition.

Thanks for the referral, but I was hoping to find one for a lot less than $387 + shipping. [IMG][/IMG]

Well, you can fix the existing harness yourself. The wires are color coded and each goes to a specific area which is on the color diagram. Get one from one of the mags....got mine from Chicago Corvette (#G0010-63) for $8.50. It's 17" X 22" and laminated. That cheap enough for ya?

How cheep is cheep? The engine compartment wires need a few connectors but I'd rather replace the whole thing. The last person who owned the car used those connectors from Walmart as replacements; no solder only crimped terminals to the wires. Now that's really cheap !
