Very nice looking wheels - I wouldn't think you will have any trouble selling them at your asking price!

Last chance today 2/7/2024. They will be committed to Bring A Trailer 2/8/2024 and no longer available except through the auction.

Thanks for giving us a chance to buy the wheels at what I feel is a great price. If I were a betting man, I would wager that the wheels will sell for more on BAT than you are asking for them here. If I wasn't short of cash right now, the wheels would be heading my way.

Thank you for the kind words. This set, while not perfect, would be ideal for any car that isn’t an absolute showpiece. Or, have them restored to be absolute jewelry. I think the price was fair. This set was on the same car since the mid 1960s. I have a Top Flight original-engine 63 fuel coupe, and planned to put them on it. But I decided I like the wheel covers better, and just don’t need 2 sets of wheels for a car I almost never drive.

I am not sure. I dismounted the tires yesterday--need to take new photos this weekend. Should be late next week I guess. I will post when they go live. There will be no reserve, you might get a deal (all wheels and parts run at no reserve on BAT).

The beads had no corrosion on them. These need no restoration for an original/survivor car. There is no pitting on the chrome and no corrosion on the aluminum. I debated "cleaning them up" a bit before listing, but I want to present them as removed from the car they've been on since 1965.

Auction ends tomorrow 2/27/2024. If you have any questions or need more pictures, please ask TODAY. I am traveling tomorrow and won't be able to sit on the auction at the end.

Good luck on the close of the auction. I'm thinking the wheels will bring the money you are hoping to see.

Looks like you had them priced correctly here as the results at BaT was not far off.

I noticed two sets of 5 sold recently within a couple hundred of each other. Tells me that is the price

That was my thought too. The wheels would have been coming my way if I had a bit more extra $$$.

I think the price was spot-on. Buyer pays an extra 5% on top of the bid. So slightly over $10K for the set.
