My 57 came with only one seat belt installed. The car is very original and i was able to attain a reconditioned set of the blue gray belts for the car. What i do not have is the tightener that matches the one that was on the drivers belts in the car.

It is a one piece dual slotted item that does not use the Hambone mount setup. Photo below. Does anyone know who may have such an animal? (Need two)

I looked at them but the setup i have is different (No hambones). It has metal loops bolted to the floor and the belt runs through them and then the tightener (pictured above). I would like to use this setup as all the holes are in place and i do not wish to add new ones.

I have been told this is one method GM used for the early belts.
