BTW - You prob already know this but do NOT polarize the generator when you install these conversions.....it'll fry 'em (there is almost never a need to polarize a generator anyway - LOTS of myths about that procedure.)...

That's what I thought - Florida!!!
Thanks for the reminder. I do have that instilled in my brain, but I went so far as to make a sticker that is on my cover so no one would try and polarize it.

Do you have any idea where a Powerglide Transmission may be located for a 1961. Car was produced in March of 1961.
I thought with you having all of these 61 parts, you may have a lead on a auto transmission.
