Corvair. The flange/plate on the bottom is not used when installed in a Corvette. The mount is also wrong.

Assuming you swinging cats are right about the steering column, can it be adapted or made into a useful Corvette column? Removing the flange and mount?

main tube housing will need to be replaced, along with the shaft, You also need the collar that mounts up to the hole in the dash. Mounting bracket under dash missing and so is the bracket and cable for your odometer reset. Mike I have one of these at home annd after looking at it I bought a nice CORVETTE tele from a FORUM member a year or 2 ago right here in the parts section and never looked back. I hear these can be changed over but after looking at mine it would be considerable work and $$$. If you want my tele to tackle the job lmk.
