This grill is driver quality with some pitting and the top center tab is broken off. I have the piece and it can be repaired. No metal brackets. I can send photos if interested. $ 200.00 plus shipping

The air cleaner base I believe is a factory part for a non A.I.R. 427/390 1966,1967. It is in great shape but it was repainted. $ 75.00 plus shipping
