F/S - intake #3890490 for L79
GM part number 3890490. This is an original aluminum intake from a '66 corvette, 327, 350hp L79. intake is in good condition with no cracks or welds, and will clean up like new. this same part number was also used on several other late sixties chevy muscle cars, and is interchangeable. however, if your looking for this intake, you already know all about it. my price is negotiable at $300, so feel free to make an offer. What is the extra bolt on top side near the front for?

What he said, "What is the extra bolt on top side near the front for?" Was the intake modified for a specific reason?

Sorry for the delay, the bolt in the top is a good question. The intake is owned by a friend of mine, and I am trying to help him sell it. I'll ask if he knows, or try and take a closer look myself.
