I'm looking for a good used rebuildable -or- rebuilt ready to install WCFB for my customers '60 230 hp.

I have a freshly rebuilt 3059S done to show quality with the correct cast numbers $600. If you send me your E-mail address, I can send you pics. Also have an excellent 2818S complete core if you want to go that route. I also have a restored correct 60 intake to match the 3059S if you need it A 10 60 date I believe.

These correct carbs are very hard to find in decent complete shape.

Fresh rebuild. Very nice.

If that was the one on E-bay I saw, it was a street rebuild, not detailed for show quality. Not a bad deal IF the numbers are right and IF the rebuild was done properly and you are using it on a driver. A big IF on E-bay from an unknown. Maybe you got lucky. Seen many people pay twice to get a poorly done rebuild redone properly. Most of the time, you get what you pay for. A quality rebuild ranges $300 - $400, you do the math.

The car is an early 60. I'd prefer the 2818S. Hey pilot5970, how much for the core?
