Reproduction Master Cylinder '66 Power Brakes?
I recently heard that someone has reproduced the brake master cylinder for a 1966 with power brakes. Any leads? I know the originals are hard to find and expensive. I have lost my share of them on "that famous (or infamous) auction site". Thanks in advance for the help.

Corvette Stainless Steel Brakes (www.cssbinc.com) I was told like a year ago was coming out with an exact reproduction using the original tooling but as far as I know it hasn't come out yet....when I talked to them on the phone they said they would be around $299....I keep seeing the originals bringing over $1000 on eBay though so I hate to see what the prices do on the originals do if they do come out.

Thanks for the help. I didn't want to mention them in my original post, but that is who I heard was going to create them. They are just down the road from me. This is great news to a lot '66 owners. The front bail on my later style unit rubs the hood and annoys the heck out of me. Thanks again!
