Default Looking for a powerglide tail housing

I'm looking for a Corvette tail housing for a cast iron powerglide for a 56 I recently bought. The tail housing will have the shifter mounting flanges. Original or repo is fine (assuming a repo exists). Any and all leads appreciated.

Default powerglide tail shaft

emccomas,

I do not have a tail housing but I do have a rear trans mounting bracket. (the horseshoe).

as for the tail housing. Do not know of any repos. but I have heard that they can weld on the three bosses. just need a good welder.

If you have a need for the bracket $50. plus $6.(for ups)= total $56.

email me at race2fast@aol.com

Good Luck,
Jim
