Default Rebuilt Muncie M20 For Sale

I had this rebuilt several years ago, but there is probably less than 2,000 miles on it. Receipt for parts shows:

Trans gasket set
Retainer
Reverse Gear Idler
First and Reverse Gears
Reverse gears & Shaft
Pilot Bushing
Labor

Trans shifts nice, but is being replaced by a Keisler 5-speed.

$600 plus crating and shipping from 92647 (Huntington Beach, CA) or prefer pick-up.

What are you including with it? What year car did it come from?

It is in my '64, but I don't know that it was original to the car. The car is now at Automotive Expertise (Steve LuVisi of Overhaulin' fame is doing the restification), so I can't check the numbers for you. Steve will probably do the R&R in the next week as the driveshaft came in this week.

There are a couple local prospects and I would rather with not have to crate and ship it if possible. If they don't pan out, I'll repost it.

The trannie has Hurst linkage, and that could go with it, except for the shifter shaft and ball that I will be using on the Keisler.

If you have that Keisler trans in hand make sure that it has the latest "Anti-Vibration 3" shift linkage on it before it's installed!

In accordance with what I've posted/read in the C-3 forum, I'm thinking it is the older version. I've requested (in the C-3 forum) that Keisler contact me so we can get this sorted out before the install, but have not heard from them yet.

Keisler is sending the PS-3 to replace the prior unit.
