The part numbers on both vent regulators are LF 3824303. They are from left and right doors. As you can see one has the bracket attached in the picture above.

To reiterate:
The part number stamped on each vent regulator is LF 3824303. They are both left regulators, one has a bracket. According to the Paragon Book their PN 1371 is the replacement for the 3824303 regulator which fits the left door '63-'64 Convertible and the left door of the '65-'67 coupe. The shaft lenght is 1 3/4 inches. These go for $210 each when new.
