Mark, it's the weirdest coincidence, but I coached my son's soccer team last fall and one of the dads was a guy named Eric Dahlquist. He has something to do with Dick Guldstrand's company and was telling me about the book and some other stuff they were selling. Didn't offer me a free one, though, so in answer to your question . . . no. :D

I may give him a call and pick (buy) one up anyway. He was a nice guy and they're not far away, so the visit might be nice!

It probably depends on your age....and your entheusiasm. It's expensive, and in my opinion, It's worth it! I got mine autographed. It is primarily a picture book. Lotsa photos that I've never seen before, and lotsa stories, some I've heard, most I haven't. If you are into the history of the Corvette, and expecially of the early racers, it's a gem:-)

I have it and im almost done reading it. great book if your into the racing history of corvettes. I was lucky to get a picture with Dick last year at carlise.
