NCM Caravan 2024
I'm a little late to this show. I just recently remembered the caravan is taking place again this year - and we're pretty interested in participating in the 2024 Corvette caravan to Bowling Green. We'd be taking our C5 from the Seattle area - if we can make the arrangements to free up our time to make the trip. Is anyone else on the C1/C2 board planning on going?

This year's Hot Rod Power Tour is starting in Bowling Green - I registered for HR PT and assuming i can sort out a couple final items, i am planning to do at least a few days of the tour rather than the caravan...
Not sure i can do both but open to further temptations on the topic.

C2 of the Year Finalist - Modified 2020
There are three of us C2 owners from my area planning on doing the tour, but we are taking ALL back roads to avoid the ripping and tearing elsewhere. Dennis

Expect the unexpected. Weather, repairs etc. I did the Caravan in 2014 and had a great time. Some states have terrible gasoline. Take some octane booster with you and basic tool kit. Broke an alternator bracket in Nebraska. Found a welder in a small town who had me back on the road for $16.00. It's an adventure. Pack along a lot of patience. It's a long ride from the West Coast... but well worth the effort. I went from San Francisco to Bowling Green, KY. Then broke South to New Orleans before heading back West through Texas etc. Great road trip. Not for the timid if you're driving a C1 or C2.

I'm around 500 miles away and will be driving my C5 Z06 but not as part of a caravan.
I drove the 66 last year for the Bash and won the Curator's Choice award in their Saturday car show. Heading to the Bash next week in the C5 this time.
