It’s actually a device for testing a transistor ignition amplifier and if I remember correctly, it’s tested on a distributor machine. I sold my Sun distributor machine and the buyer didn’t want these. Two NOS ones, one still in the Delco Packard box. Just more of my oddball junk (like me). 🫣
