Default We lost another covette enthusiast Tom Dauterman

I thought I would share with you all that Tom recently passed away. He revolutionized the almond growers industry by developing harvesting equipment. He was a really cool guy. He hosted our club at his home after the camp fire. It helped a lot of our members heal to talk about each of their experiences that horrible day. His classic car collection survived because he took the steps to install a sprinkler system over his home. RIP.

Here are some pictures from when he hosted our club at his home. I do not know what the plan is regarding his collections.

Reading his obituary, it appears that he was a pretty impressive man. A loss for all.

Wow, sorry to lose such a guy. They say he who dies with the most toys wins. He must be in pretty good shape.

Yeah, lots of people would not be eating almonds right now without his work. Yeah, he was a very good and kind man too.
