The engine in my Cheetah was intended to resemble the 1963 Corvette engines in the originals. Turns out the only thing Chevrolet in the entire engine is the valve covers.

I get the connection you intended, but the 348/409 water pump kind of counts...doesn't it?

That depends on your definition of "is" (Clinton era reference) since no W engine was ever factory installed in a Corvette.
