Some Midyears at Chevy Dealershow Show
Some Midyears at Chevy Dealership this past Sunday. The Corvette Club of South Florida had their annual Corvette & Open Car and Truck Show at Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet in Coconut Creek, FL. Over 300 cars attended. The show benefits Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital.
The Sting Rays Corvette Club had 26 Mid Years attend the show. Some were parked inside the showroom.
There is a 54 second video on YouTube showing some of the Midyears cars in the showroom including a new C8 ZO6.
You can find it under the title

This is a great show and if you live in South Florida, you are not likely to see more 63-67 Corvettes anywhere.
Three Mossport Green 66's built within a few weeks of each other
My 66 and fellow club members 67 427/435

The red 435 that belongs to your fellow club member...obviously there are a lot of red 435s out there but the way that car sits made me think it might have been my old car. I sold mine to Pro-Team in 2018. #8858

Wow! What a great show. I really enjoyed the You Tube video. Thanks for posting that up. We are going to have to wait a few more months for great weather like that.
The last two years we were lucky to have the Annual C2 picnic within a reasonable driving distance; most recently with 34 C2's in attendance. I can hardly wait.

That is really a cool way to see C2s. There used to be Polk Chevrolet in Baton Rouge, it was built in the style of a southern plantation home with columns and two stories of glass on three sides of a huge show room. In the Fall of 1964 it was stuffed full of new 65 Corvettes of every color and description, an incredible sight. I remember it clearly, walking in and the first car you saw was a Nassau Blue convertible with white interior and side pipes. That was a very different look for a C2 at the time. Wonder if any pictures survived?
