Passenger side fresh air plenum
Maybe forty years ago I installed Factory AC in my 67 coupe. At the time I had no idea that the AC cars used a different air diversion plenum which is mounted inside the kick panel. I intend to remove the engine, pull the outer AC box and go from there. Thanks to Forum Member pop23235 I now have the correct plenum. I'm doing the front-end research that will make the installation easier. All comments and thoughts are welcome! Al W.(BTW, I'm not creating a fraudulent car that will bring more dollars. The car is going to one of my sons in the far-off future.)

Pull seat and heater box and maybe the glove box...will give you better access to the kick panel vent and pull cable...

My 67 is a factory air car but I don't care if it was put on when originally built, at the dealer, or in someone's back yard. If you really drive your Corvette, it is an absolute "must have" on a coupe where I live.
