Perfect application. Add the convex attachment to the mirrow. Put a small piece of Gorilla Tape to protect the finish of the door frame. It also helps the mirror stay in place.

The way DZone describes it online is something original operating as designed until "Day 2" when an improvement is made to the original...makes sense.
The A/R Mags on my 'Vette are vintage but definitely aftermarket. All other changes made such as electronic power steering, RainGear wipers, disk brakes, dual master cylinder, modern Wonder Bar Radio, H type Dynomax exhaust are not so obvious. The paint is BMW Titanium Silver...a definite plus with the black walls and black interior.

I sincerely meant that as a compliment. I think your '62 looks great with the "mag wheels" as opposed to how it left the factory.
