I just had a buyer fly in from Ca. with 6 figures in cash. I asked if they gave him a hard time at TSA. He said that he showed them a receipt of withdrawal from his bank and was not an issue. He didn't have the same problem on the flight home
Thanks Vette 5311. In giving out your bank account number for the wire transfer, did you have any concern the account number could be used to withdraw money from your account, or would you set up a new account with a minimal balance to use for the wire transfer?
Every time you write a check you are giving your bank account number right on the check.
