Just to repeat, if anyone can come out, we would love to have you. We love visitors----------------------and if you want to get up close, hear those big radials crank and fire off, smell the avgas and get oil blown on your nice clean shirt, I'll see to it that you get up close and personal.

Wishing you guys all the best with it, Tom. If I was local, I'd be there for sure.

Live well,

That's mighty thoughty. If only I lived a couple thousand miles closer, I'd be there.

Nope. We had brake problems (worked great the last time), so the pilot chose not to go. We brought it back to the hanger and did some trouble shooting with no success.
That's not the bad part. We had invited LOTS of friends and relatives to come out (my Mom came, she is 92), we put on $1700.00 gas and disappointed lots of people!

That can happen with old planes, and old cars. People know that.

Smart. I had a customer break his airplane under the same circumstances after inviting a crowd and the news. Looking forward to a video when she’s ready. Wise decision.
